Welcome to Fasalix. By accessing our website and submitting Request for Quote (RFQ) inquiries, you agree to these commercial terms.

1. B2B Commercial Scope

Fasalix operates exclusively as a B2B agricultural processor and wholesale ingredient supplier. Prices, technical specifications, MOQs, and lead times listed on this site represent commercial guidelines and become legally binding upon execution of a formal proforma invoice or contract agreement.

2. Product Specifications & Tolerances

Product parameters (e.g. moisture content, ASTA color, particle size mesh, Brix) are certified via batch Laboratory Certificates of Analysis (COA). Natural agricultural variations within contractually accepted tolerances may apply.

3. Quotation Validity

Due to agricultural market commodity movements, price quotations issued via RFQ remain valid for the period specified in the proforma invoice (typically 7 to 14 days).

4. Jurisdiction

Commercial agreements and contracts are governed by the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction in Barwani / Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
